Registration guide Dreynevent 2024

The registration form will lead you through six different steps, which are explained in the following paragraphs:

Step 1: Starting the registration process

You’ll see a welcome screen, nothing exciting here, just read it and click ‘next’.

Step 2: Choose Ticket

Here you now have to choose your ticket type, either a full 3-day pass or a single day.
The 3 day ticket is 230€, the single day tickets are 145€ each.

Step 3: Accomodation

Here you can choose the accomodation in the youth hostel. You basically have two options, either a double room that you share with a person of your choice (name them in the bottom box of the form!) or with a random attendee of dreynevent, or a double room that you’ll have for yourself. Please tick the appropriate option for every day you intend to stay there!
If you only need one or two nights, leave the rest of the boxes blank. If you take care of your accomodation yourself, please choose “I don’t need accomodation”.
The prices are 32€ per person per night in the shared room or 64€ per person per night in the double room, that you’d have for yourself. In order to check you in to the hostel, we need your passport number up front, so please keep it ready on registration day!

Step 4: Eating

As always we will have hot lunch included in the ticket price on all three days, so please choose if you want the vegan or the non-vegan option.
If you choose to not eat with us, your ticket price will be reduced by 5€ per day.

Furthermore the saturday evening dinner (without drinks!) at a restaurant is also included in the ticket price.

We will also reserve tables on Friday and Sunday evening (dinner NOT included on those days), but please let us know anyway if you will join us or not, so that the reservations will be somewhat accurate.

(Regarding breakfast: if you choose to stay in the youth hostel, there is a breakfast buffet available!)

Step 5: Merchandise

As every year, we will have a Dreynevent T-shirt and a Dreynevent Patch that you’ll have to order in advance. There will only be a very small number of extra T-shirts available at the event, so please make sure you preorder them. You can see the design here!
If you need extra eventshirts or patches for your spouse, your friends at home or your pet, please let us know in time via the contact form.

Step 6: Personal Information

In this last step we need your personal data, so we know who we are selling this ticket to. Please make absolutely sure, that your email-address is correct!
In this last step your total payment amount will be displayed.

After completing the form, you’ll receive two different emails:

  • You will receive the first email with the details of your bookings.
    THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF COMPLETED REGISTRATION OR A TICKET YET!
    These emails are generated automatically and act only as a confirmation that we received your information through the registration-form. The email should reach you in a matter of minutes after finalizing the registration-form. There is no further action recquired in this step.
  •  You will receive the second email with an invoice and a request for payment with two payment options (credit card and bank transfer). Please make sure to check your spam folder, because this email will be sent directly from our payment provider (stripe.com). Since we have to enter the information for these emails manually, please understand that there will be a delay of up to several days. Furthermore, please make sure that the invoice and the corresponding payment amount is correct, before making the payment.
  • You’ll have exactly one week (5 working days + weekend) after receiving the request for payment to fulfill it. If you fail to fulfill the payment in this timeframe, we will cancel the reservation for your ticket and make it available for the next person.
    When your payment is succesful, the checkout page will tell you so. With a succesful payment, the registration process is complete. You will NOT receive another confirmation. If your payment went through, your name is on our attendee list and you can simply check in at the event with your name.
