Olympic wrestling for all levels

The workshop will give you a broad insight in basic wrestling skills. Such as Movements, Stances, Techniques and Drills. After a short warm up we will do some partner exercises and techniques. You will learn different techniques to lift people up, take them down and control them. After technical training we will do a supervised light sparring session.
