Gone with the Winden

Description:
We will look at winden, when to use it and how to apply it, using timing, distance and structure. Both against thrusts and cuts.

Needed Equipment:
Mask, (light) gloves, preferable throat guard/chest protector. if you bring a jacket you can practise harder, but is not necessary.

All.
