The workshop will explore the use of the thrust, also known as stich or fixura, in manuscript I.33. This strike, specific to the priest’s teachings, is found in various pieces and is at the heart of this entire art of combat.
– The first part of the workshop will focus on the biomechanical aspects of the thrust.
– The second part will analyze a series of situations described in some of the more advanced pieces in the manuscript.
The goal is to achieve the most efficient way to work with the thrust, while staying as close as possible to the manuscript.
